Missed post office

Post office quick ref menu was awesome still i have no clue why they remove that its better than stamp now i have to teleport to town to know what is the current rotation :(

post office issue will be a non issue a little bit further into the game brother, stamp is useful all the time

You're going to be one of those guys on lvl 472, with damage still in the millions, and unironically wearing lustre gear, with a green splice gun, and a wax skull for tools.

The only thing the post office quick ref was good for was quickly seeing daily reset. But that's just another click away in shops.

For the newbies missing it - the rotation won't matter to you pretty soon, because you'll be able to afford it no matter what. And soon after that, you'll be farming thousands of pens per day anyway, so you'll be mindlessly farming PO boxes on tab one, and farming colo tickets on tab six. Have some patience, and you'll see why it was dumb having the post office in quick ref to begin with.

I assume you mean you don't use Stamp interface often bcs of the upgrade cost. (Just asking cause I have seen players reaching W5 with many missing stamps)

Otherwise I do agree that Stamp is not an interface I will use very often yet. I stuck at Rift progress for Gilded Stamp, and no massive money boosting way yet.

This is true when back in years, many stuff in Quick Ref had limited interactions. We have to climb to the tree just to change Star Chart for optimal Sampling. Nowadays you could just open Quick Ref and do almost anything... except completing Post Office order.

Due to the 2 daily stamp discount mechanics, and potential expansion towards Stamp, a fully interactable Stamp has higher priority than fully interactable PO. It seems.

Some reactions are quite telling, you'd think fostering a more welcoming atmosphere would be in the interest of people who like a game.

Was there a reason given why to keep only one in the first place? Of course the post office is useless to people who either played like forever or otherwise bruteforced their progress like hell but especially to players who have yet to make substantial progress (especially beyond world 4), this is (well, was) surely of more help.

There are many players keep showing their Profile in Discord asking "how to improve damage at W5", yet missing many easy-to-get Stamps. (It's better than nothin)

once a 2 months I upgrade everything
and then back to ignoring it

Back in years I will totally agree with it. But given that 2 daily stamp discounts mechanic have been introduced, I doubt I would not have itchy finger in future lol. XD

But the Post Office was just reference. You couldn't do anything with it.
Sometimes while farming crystal mobs on my DK i will scroll through my stamps and upgrade the ones that are cheap enough.
Not sure if you need the companion to access bank directly from stamp interface.
It was the first free companion I got.

You mean Ram Companion to access Storage via Stamp interface. Lava has said in official Discord that it is required. He has thought about that lol.

You can deposit anvil items to storage using quick ref
(thread, nails, etc.)

if its in quick ref its more likely new players will remember to upgrade stamps, so that is very usefull; upgraded stamps make a much bigger difference then most people would believe

and as others have stated, past a sertain point you just spam pens and dont care about daily rotation because it is irrelevant

its very usefull for harvesting smithing items without having to go to town


the only thing that anoys me is lava still has not added a keyboard shortcut button to the silver pens to make it more user friendly to to do post offfice boxes, honestly its getting kind of anoying and im considering looking up how to make a mouse clicker to automate it for me
