Un-linking Divinity

Anyone know the reason why you can only un-link 2 characters a week?
Going to take 4 more weeks to un-link all my characters so they can finally get back to exploring & fighting etc.

I can't think of a reason why it's like this, what's the harm in letting us un-link & link whenever we want? If there's some way to "play" the system by being able to link/un-link it'd be a pretty boring chore doing it over & over which I'm not interested in...
I just want to play the game for a change after my guys have been sat in the Lab for weeks/months as I finally got 1000 total levels yesterday.

Oh, how I wish the RNG gods would drop me a Doot lol ;D

Your account gets two unlinks per week, you can select as many characters as you want for each of those unlinks

That didn't seem to work for me. I clicked 2 characters to un-link & I had no more chances after clicking the main un-link button - I think lol..
I'll double check later if I have another go, or, next week, then make sure to select the rest of my characters before clicking the un-link button - if that makes sense lol.

I see how it works now - I think maybe I un-linked my first 2 seperately.
As you mentioned, I can click on multiple at once then un-link.
Will do that in a few days.

you can unlink everyone in 1 unlinking, but can only do it 2 times a week

All un-linked. Done 8 just now so happy that they are all now back to actually doing something.
Those 8 have a lot of catching up to do to match the first 2 who I un-linked 3 days ago, they are both 300+ levels higher on class exp alone lol ;D
