Items on ground disappeared

So I logged into my account that I played on my phone before, and apperentaly it still gave me stuff even tho I was at the very beginning of the game, I was in some random area and a bunch of stuff dropped on the ground but because I have a very small inventory I couldnt do anything. I moved to another location and went back when I cleared my inventory but now all those items are gone

Any way to get those back? pretty sure it had some neato stuff in there too, kinda sucks it just drops your ♥♥♥♥ on the ground and doesnt make it "claimible"

This is gonna happen to you for a long time. Every time you log in or swap to a character, loot splooges around you. Changing maps or entering the Gem Shop will vaporize anything on the ground. Later on when you have more inventory spaces and capacity bags in the 3k+ size this will become less of a problem unless you're logging off for 2 days +, but until then you'll be picking things up, then dropping unwanted items (in a farther away pile) to make sure you get all the stuff you want.
