The one and only thing that you need to buy (only with real money) is auto-loot, about 5$, so you can say it is a price for this game.

It is pay to win in the sense that paying real money gives you a faster and massive boost to progression in the form of better stats and (in some cases permanently) increased drop rates, especially some of the cash shop packs which are all only purchasable with real money. But if you're just looking for a grind either way and won't feel compelled to buy into premium status, it's not a bad option for a game to play.

Not really, more a pay to convenience in most cases. Unfortunately autoloot is nearly mandatory for several things. But you do not need it right away at all. You can certainly try the game out before deciding about those grinds. If you use google survey you can certainly use that to get auto loot.

It's a play at your own pace game and the bonus' in shop that people rave about being p2w are minuscule bonuses at best in the grand scheme.

You eventually get to a point where you can get a ridiculous amount of gems just by grinding the bosses. Approx 5 or 6 kills per minute with a gem drop almost every kill, sometimes two! Don't worry about the keys, they are also easy to get later in the game.

It's incredibly pay to win and the further you get, the more pay to win it gets. There's also op crap like companions that you can't realistically get without paying.

paying money barely makes things faster, only 1 thing really effects things but it is a w5 thing. But it is an idle game, you play at your own pace you have nothing to win, just pog at the gains you make in the year

i just unlocked world 3 and only just got auto loot. figured havnt paid for the game so why not give the dev something for the countless hours i havnt been idling for.

Im with 1 year playing non stop this game, you dont need to pay a cent to archive all goals in the game, not even autoloot, cause in high levels you will get 10 character and 9 of then will be afk farming, so each loot will drop when you login, if you let online 1 character in auto-battle and auto-loot, you will only be advancing 1/10 time faster. Its like get 30 days of loot more, each 300 days of afk farming, its not fantastic. But autoloot HELPS a lot in the first days of gameplay.

The only thing you currently NEED auto loot for is saving your hands, time and sanity collecting statues for onyx's, I tried without autoloot at first and it is grueling babysitting the game when the FPS drops 90% every 5 mins and trying to pick things up.

Active characters are considerably more important than afk characters and definitely are more than just 1/10 of your progression.

It won't offer the pack until you're a good few hours worth of progression in. Games like these like to make sure you're invested before they start hammering you with offers.

If you do not have it, when you open the in game menu and look at the top of it, the indicator for it is there. Above the volume settings.
