unable to successfully login either gmail account and apple id

ive been trying to login the game on steam for the last two days via either apple id and gmail. yet both of them after finishing the website sign in, the idleon never seems to have any reaction other than existing the popup

Bump. I have played the game on android for so long now, i'm in world 4 and i have tried connecting my save to Steam, but it is giving me other characters with the same google account i play on. I have no freaking idea why. I did connect my account to IOS when it came out for the event, but i really don't think it's because of that?
Anyway, i wanted to get the achievements for steam only on mobile, and after this i'm afraid of even losing my account forever in case the app gets deleted.

Try different browser. Maybe adblock, maybe anything else, try connect to your idleon account in a fresh browser, i think this is the best way to do.

it is a steam problem. If you connect without Steam it works but your characters are reset so you have to reassign all your points which is a pain. (and who knows what will happen when they fix Steam).

can't log in either on steam, nor on phone (android), so it's not just steam. Guess it's not down on our sides.

What do you even mean bro? We can't even log in the game. Yes, i know of that bug where your other preset gets reset, as well as your card loadouts. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. As i said, i'm only trying to get whatever achievement i can through steam in one sitting. But i can't even do that...
