Use of the Gem Shop Chat Ring?

What is the use of the Chat Ring, from the Gem Shop?
For example the Money Talks Chat Ring for cheap 2500 Gems.
You would expect something good from the price alone, but I have the impression that you shouldn't think like that in this game.

You can get event chat rings that do carry small stat buffs too. Like the spring event chat ring gave like +5 stats and 1 weapon power I think.

But the premium ones are just cosmetic.

there is chat rings: it adds flavor box around chat bubble + gives some stats (honk is +1 to all; while random event one is +1wp only, rest premium chat rings are +1 all too, expect wealth that is +3 all but wp which is 1); then there is premium normal rings that go to normal ring slot
and, chat rings can be enchanted too

I asked because it's not obvious (not the way the game is) and not because I don't see the "obvious".

And if you've read my texts and don't just want to show off, you've noticed that I've taken into account that these rings are more of a joke.

the Rings giving some stats also.

the "Wealth Ring" give you
str, agi, wis, luk +3 also Weapon Power +1 and has 3 upgrade slots.

the "honk ring", "love ring", "Bubble ring", "leafy ring"
gives you +1 to wp, str, agi, wis, luk and has also 3 upgrade slots

for beginning its also Pay 2 Win, but later, doesnt matter these stats. just for the "speakbox"
