No more prayer + Giants

I'm not noticing any difference in afk gains taking off the giant prayer. Does it not count, or?

why would a prayer that only functions in active play have an effect on afk gains ?

Because it was the only prayer I had active. So taking it off should've given me the 1 fifth of every prayer I've unlocked. But I didn't see any difference gained with that 1 fifth.

I assume you're referring to the gaming buff thingy which grants 1/5th of all prayers when ya got none equipped. Giants seem to be an exception to that, I will assume it's either coded as an exception or that it's due to rounding down to 0, thus resulting in no giants, whichever it is, it's alright with me because I don't wanna spend my giants on stuff I don't want to farm.

Oh and as bunies said, it's only for active play as well, so afk window won't show anything regarding it. For giants to show up at all, they have to be shown in ya player stats screen.

The issue was that having the giant one on, then taking it off, didn't change afk gains in other things. I wasn't getting a change in the 1/5th of everything.
So my wonder was as to whether or not having giants on effected the no prayers buff from gaming.

Course, thinking about it now, sometimes it takes a relog for afk things to update, so it could also be part of that.

simple way to test it equip giants and another prayer, see if that changes the afk gains, unequip the other prayer to see if there is a change

also out of curriousity why would want 1/5 of every prayer when zerg rushogen is so much better with no real downside

I could have thought that those only work while logged in...
