Migrate accounts

So I don't know whats happened here but for some reason my save is on a 'brand account' on the google account I use meaning its on a @pages.plusgoogle.com account which I literally cannot log into on android.
Is there a way to migrate that account to my actual gmail so I can play cross platform? I've already played up to character 7 and purchased items on it.

why you cant log in anymore? lose passwort to the email adresse ?
if you have no acces to your email address / account there is not much what idelon could do about it...

if you talking about "fuse" 2 email / game account into one i dont think thats possible.
otherwise i would recommand you to sent a support request to Lava
maybe if you can prove both are yours your idelon account could move to the new email adress but that need to be discusses with Lava himself.

My Idleon account is also linked to my Youtube / brand account. I didn't realize this was an issue until I tried playing on mobile. Now I'm worried that eventually I'll lose access to this login. I have 200 hours in the game already so I'm hesitant to start a new account.

I'm hoping Lava adds an option to update account information at some point. Or, maybe it's possible to only update accounts that are linked to the plusgoogle domain.

I have tried logging in using my plusgoogle email address but it doesn't let me enter any sort of password when I use this. I think we're out of luck until something is done that lets us change our email.

Wow glad I'm not alone in this. I still haven't gotten any kind of response back and when I asked in the discord my request for help was just up and deleted.

Honestly I got nothing but rude comments and mockery from people when I tried asking for help and advice, it was really offputting.

Have you tried sending lava an email?
From the discord: lava[@]Lavaflame2[.]com (remove the [] brackets)
I think its like this to avoid bots. So I'm also leaving it like that.

last I recall us with brand accounts are sol until lava fixes it or adds a way to change account details. I remmember asking about it a year ish ago and not having any solutions yet.

I did end up emailing Lava and unfortunately there is no way of fixing it at this time. He will follow up if this changes.

So I imagine we either tough it out and hope we don't lose our accounts or create a new account and start over. I've put money into this account so I'll tough it out.

Well that sucks. I've also spent money on the account. Guess I'll just not play until there's a fix.

the main sad thing about it, is brand accounts technically have "emails" just don't have passwords. I've tried going through googles support/forums for help and they point me back to asking the game dev *which kinda sucks*

If google didn't drop the concept of brand accounts, we wouldn't be in this problem technically.

Have the same issue. Your brand account has a password. Its the old Main one from the time you did your brand account.

This wont help us much, since the login System just says that there is already an account registered with the Email of the brand account and redirects to Google login... which we all know cant "show" for some reasons assosiated brand Accounts while PC login System can. A fix is long awaited.

For the meanwhile, use Steam-Link to access your pc and steam remotely. Works like a charm.

i wanted to play this game again but i am logged in with a google account that i dont even have my password to anymore so i cant even disable the auto login so i can literally not login to the game with my current login..

dev pls add an option when logging out to select login..
