Yondergreens Idle Quests

For Yondergreen's quests where you have to idle in specific maps for a certain length of time, do they count while you are in the game with Auto turned on, or do you have to have the game closed for them to work?

(Lies!!!)You can use time candy to finish them as well just a note.
But i think the character with the quest is required to Idle so you could active another player just not the one that is doing it.

Yeah I figured time candy could be used, but you cant use candy for the whole thing, so like the 4 hours 10 minutes one I was wondering if I could just turn on auto and leave the character, or if I had to switch to another one for those 10 minutes.

Yeah it doesnt have to be all at once, so you could use 5 1 hours even but yes you have to switch characters i think it has to be in the Pop up AFK gains to count so active AFK is considered Active not AFK as far as the quest is concerned.

How could you ever get the exact timings with candies? It has to say XX:XX +/- a few min in your afk screen -> you can't active afk - it has to be offline afk and good luck wasting your candies to get anything except full hours?

I see its bin so long since i did these quests i was mistaking it for Stilzhos quest thats my bad. Which say they dont have to be done all at once (AFK at the Slime map for a total of 16 hours. The time spent AFK does not have to be all in one go.) just as an example lol Totally my fault.

Yeah no you just have to set an alarm for that quest i got those 2 totally mixed up!

Yes they are! i think my least favorite are the ones you need to count drops like the pig if you have long names.... ALL MY NAMES ARE LONG lol 11 is my shortest!

He did change that one so that it maxes out at 10 characters long, so only 100 items

I know this post is from 2022, but out of all the quests in the game, this ♥♥♥♥ ass quest is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage, just because of this npc I can't make the " Med FB Tundra npc token "

Like ♥♥♥♥, just like how @RandomFlowerName said, I do not wish a f1ck1ing game/quest to control my life ( because this quest would control you for like 2 days )

Necromancy is a class now? I think it has bin a while xD

I'm gonna unsub, but honestly? I am glad I stopped playing this game, my friend became kinda addicted and I quit with him so show support. But it was around world 5 launch, I even watched his stream back when he handed out lots of free goodies which became less and less (I even won a good one once) but it felt like he got to greedy with it.

Like 1 solid $20 pack a world would have bin fine, but he pushed it. Shame the game was actually fun till world 4+ got annoying.
