Mutated Mush spawn

Just found this "secret" mini boss and I can give a hint how to spawn it, it need to create a toxic dump for mushrooms in an obvious place.

+ you can read the tooltip of the purple mush cap // npc in w4 (sleeping on the roof) after you've done his quests and talk to it again
