If it was 5 tries per character then a player would get 35 tries with 7 characters which is higher than the current maximum of 21 tries.
Speaking o which having 21 tries per character would just be insane considering you will be able to have more than 7 characters the more the game is updated so really 21 is pretty good for now.
Also you can just ignore their mini-games & idle as normal since the mini-games are a "perk" or active play.
That might not be hard for you and other player... but I just recently learned that you can "multi-click" on the green bar on the first go-through and the mini-game will register all click... And another fact I didn't know was the cursor goes faster each time it reach a side ....
Knowing those fact... I can likely exploit an auto-clicker and reach insane score... but seriously... I shouldn't have to rely on such cheezy exploit to complete a quest.
On the other hand.... the mining mini-game... I haven't got a quest yet that requiered me to do something with it but.... seriously... that mini-game is such a mess I don't understand why it was released in this states...
I also understood that some drop from mining and chopping tree where locked beind reaching 100ish + score at the mining game... If I was mistaken... then It doesn't mather anymore...
Lastly... Their is also the fact that the mage... I believe have a skill tied to the best score reached at the chopping mini-game?
I mean... ignoring the mini-game and just geting the bare minimum reward wouldn't bother me so much if it wasn't tied to quest, skill and likely loot...
But those mini-game are not fun anyway... And from some people who already replied in this topic. I am not alone thinking that those mini-game are not fun.
Suggestions to the developer. I understand you are alone working on this project. But you might want to do a survey on player opinion about those mini-game. Are player enjoying those mini-game? Do they feel rewarded? Do they feel obligated to exploit or use external software just to complete them? Do they sense they are progressing/getting better to those mini-game the more they play them? Does 5 or 21 try per account enough? Should item/skills/quest be tied to the score of those mini-game?
Just some questions I myself wonder already and likely some other players have.
I don't think mini-game should be removed as there was already works and time put into those. But, I question why they were introduced in a idle game.
