After u reset your talent points u naturally lost the gifted production points and therefore you are in the negative.
It's a common trick one can use to get extra production points as archer.
Basically put 100 points in that talent, spend the production points and then reset your talents and spend it to something more useful.
U still got the bonus from the spent production point but u won't get any new one for a while until you are in the plus again or skill "ACME Anvil" again.
I mostly do that if I switch my talents on my archer I do an extra step (if I got some production points since last time) to skill that talent again and assign my new production points and also buy new production points with material / money if I want.
Btw you can do a similar trick with special talents / Star talents on the first tab (for all characters and for Journeyman even on the 2nd tab) to get 100 / 200 extra star talents.
That can only happen if u changed the star sign. One star sign gives u 3 talent points for the first tab. If u change the star sign to something else u naturally loose the 3 talent points.
the coincidence that both characters that are missing anvil points are archer and that it's exactly 3 minus points when the star sign gives exactly 3 talent points is quite big so who knows
