Where can i find baba yaga?

every hour it spawns there but try to be there 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the hour

The first time you go for baba would be from a Promotheus quest, and he mentions the top of the hour thing. The quest information on the wiki also has this:

"Baba Yaga spawns at the top of each hour in the Birch Grove (portal just below Promotheus, next to the Birch Tree). See the Baba Yaga page for more information. ".
