Talk about anything you've encountered while playing IdleOn below, and maybe help someone else who is confused why not!

Every so often, a loud popping noise happens, like someone unplugging their mic. I'm not sure what exactly causes it, but i have the music muted, so it's coming from a sound effect

The game on my steam/web is not syncing properly with my mobile device, its like it is on a "past" version in time. Sometimes i put my char to do X on pc version and when i come to my cellphone, he is doing Y, and when i put my char to do X on mobile, he is usually doing nothing on pc. Normally it would not be a problem, i just have pick one version and thats it, but i need to switch devices time to time and because of that its kind frustrating. :(

EDIT: Its only happening on my main char (i think).

follow up, it seems that its been consistently happening when mining

EDIT: Its only happening on my main char (i think).

Are you making sure to go to character select screen first before closing down the game?

Valentine's event has appeared for me allowing the valentines drops and daily quests to be completed. Event was from what i understand a month ago

I lost my Steam progress from launch day but kept the achievement unlocks and cannot retrigger the Steam drop code either meaning I lost all of the gems from my achievements, the progress I made on Steam during launch day, and the Steam hat/candies :/

When I relaunched the game on Android it didn't have any of the progress I made on Steam and overwrote the Steam progress as well meaning I can't seem to get it back, which would be fine if I could just get my gems, candies, and hat back.

send me an email about this and i can help. in the meantime, just make sure you don't have the game running on your phone while playing on steam -- not even minimized, the game on phone has to be fully closed

On Auto attack, there are points when my player just chooses to leave the area.. then there goes all the loot.

Same for me, except on Mobile. No update available in the play store, and I started after the event ended so I wouldn't think I had the game files.

That said... I started after playing the last event so I'm kind of excited to get some of those sweet rewards, but this is probably (definitely) a bug.

Unable to see starter and lava packages on new accounts. Nothing shows under gems shop.

I'm also having this issue. It normally happens when i teleport to a different map.

When you open the gem shop you lose all your items that are currently dropped on whatever map your fighting.

Bug Report_

Bug: Audio pop/crack happens in an instant at invariable? periods of time.

Conditions: Master audio 1 tick above off (as far as I can tell this isn't relevant), music off, sfx low towards none but not adjacent. Currently typing and the weird pop not unlike when you take out the mm jack for your earbuds kinda noise, but a single noise. Leads me to believe it's when the music loops, being that it's off during the time's I've heard this noise. The noise itself is never the same, so I am unsure if it is a noise leak of some sort, or because of low volume the game gets weird with my equipment since they are stereo IEMs (earbuds), that are running mono through a dead bud, and the working one which I use in my right ear.

Newly installed, instantly logged in with google account, and other than this, everything seems normal from my end.

World 2 Desert shop might be bugged?
Only restocks 1 teleport potion, and talent shard reset potion doesn't restock. Don't know if this is intended, but will try and keep a tally on what days it resets.

1 - Gem purchase impossible for me. Got stuck at proceed to checkout.
2 - Achievements seem very weird especially if done/requirements already met. Some get triggered via leveling for example, some are not possible if done on all 7 characters already. Yeah I know, we can still get them with more characters comimg but isn´t there a more convenient solution possible?
