Regarding the picnic basket reward (spoilers)

If you use one of your characters to unlock Journeyman, does that class unlock at the class guy for other characters in the future? Or do you need to do it each time per character?

You have to do the questline on each character. There's no reason to have multiple jman atm as there is no subclass and you'd be missing out on family bonuses from a class you don't have atm.
