Alchemy not working?

Hello everyone, im a new player, just made it to W2, y have my warrior on the first cauldron, my ranger on the second one, a wizard in the 3rd one and another warrior on the 4th one, however 3rd cauldron isnt progressing, it keeps asking me to assign a character but my wizard is already there?, it only happens to my wizard character, is there another requirement i need for it to work? tysm

Has your wizard actually gone to the cauldron in W2?

When I first reached it, I noticed that my characters all had 0/hr and didn't work on alchemy until I played them and visited W2 with them, then it updated and gave them an actual brewing speed.

Characters that have not visited world 2 actually have level 0 in all skills from world 2, just visit world 2 and they will get levels in them and start progressing.
