Personally, I would go based on your resources scarcity. Mining is always super slow for me, so I'll probably get another warrior.

I went with 2 Squires 2 Barb and 1 of each others. Just better mining/fishing & more dmg/def vs other classes. And easier to craft warrior class specific items o.o

If we can Delete classes, i would go 8 Journeymen and just farm out gems =)

I had one of each subclass with my first 7. Made 8th squire (for the construction) and 9th shaman.

a dps char which collects trashy resources like spore caps etc. or megathodon fangs for delivery boxes. something you dont wanna... you know.

You could always try to get your 8th character to become a Club Member (or, as I like to call it, Club Peanut). It's an exclusive club that only Beginners can get in.

I have 1 of each, extra shaman for 24/7 alchemy xp and 1 extra barb for fishing since my main is a barb and I only do combat on him
