I have very big problems getting this item,what is need it for daylie quest ritation and higher level gear,is there a way to get that somehow better?can you Mr.Lava nerf the droprequiments for that thing?

nope... just keep farming.
if u struggle make a beginner/journeyman. they have massive drop rates :)
i have like 20 of them each day to do my dailly picnic basket.

I would suggest move all your minions to cake map and keep farming until you get 60 of them, may take 2~3 days

have only 6 guys and its not possible for me to do that,i need them farming different stuff becose you need alot of everything sadly

It's a very low drop rate. After the nugget cake... You'd be more worried about the twilight cookies later on... (It's like 1 every 16 hours or so.

Then i would suggest focus on leveling up your minions than spread them over materials, nuget cake is actually one of the "not so rare" drop. And for cookies, w2 boss have a decent drop rate
