Signed out of Steam, can't sign back in
Signed out of Steam, can't "Sync Up" with my Steam account information - only gives me options for Google and email. I only had Steam currently set up with Idleon so this is the only way I'd be able to access it

i've same issue... since update...
I played since 2 days, today, i had to relog in the game. And he proposed to me only the option to sign a new account...
I lost everything on the "steam" account it seems...................

I got 2 accounts. You just have copy the sync code then click the link above the code then pick the email that you used when you first started this has to be done every time you logout to resysc

where and how do you find a sync code? I'm trying to play on mobile and I put the same email in as Steam, but none of my players are there. It's like I'm starting new

Its the wrong email then, its got nothing to do with steam. Steam and mobile work the same way to login in and out. To get to the sync page on mobile its just like pc you have to log out first. Logout buttons in the corner. Push big sync button

The same thing happened to me, log in and he didn't request to link any email, after 2 months I logged out and lost access to my account.

They don't respond to email unfortunately it was a bug that occurred with some players.

Even worse, I made a donation in the game.

I am terrified that I was not able to sync when I first created my account and have played for several months now. I have made donations and I am not able to sync with any other device. my steam email doesn't work either. I really hope they can fix this.

Hi, I had the same issue after logging out.
I was 100% sure I did not sync up...
Later, I tried some of my google accounts, and surprise - I found my account :P

i linked my game via steam account too and not email, and sadly now i can't play the game on mobile/browser :(
