I'm guessing it's to keep accuracy from non-talent sources valuable.
You mean Fist of Rage, Quickness Boots and Book of the Wise in tab 1? Because if so, their talent upgrades can't be purchased directly, due to the fact they already can be upgraded by tab 3 talents. You can, however, purchase the tab 3 talent books to push those above the 100 point cap, which by extension will push tab 1 stat talents above 200 cap when the tab 3 talent is maxed out.
Not true. This limitation is also for some talents like meat shank for warriors which have nothing to do with the accuracy.
I see this as a minor issue, because endgame accuracy is hard carried by alchemy, statues, gear stats and stamps to some extent, while having exactly 0 points in the accuracy talent. Using accuracy talents becomes overkill at that point, and comes with loss of damage, which is why they fall out of usage. If you have accuracy issues, I'd strongly recommend farming walking sticks for accuracy statues, and set up 3D printer for Bloach printing, it will help you out tons in the long run.
The books are all locked so that we can't max out the main skill with the secondary skill, and then level it up even higher with the Library. I think Lava needs to find a way to seperate them by class, so that we can use the library to level Accuracy and the skill that the class does not have a secondary skill for.
Also, it has nothing to do with limiting Accuracy, because Beginners (and the two secrey classes) use Luck as their main stat and their Accuracy Stat, and that one is unlocked for everyone to level.
