SYNTHETIK 2

SYNTHETIK 2

Holy cow, it's Crusader: No Remorse now!
And I meant it in a good way! Everything about this sequel reminds of the Crusader series from the 90s. Here's the what ol'Crusader looks like:

If this is what the devs go for, I'm definitely throw money at the new Sythetik.

I actually have the first one, though not too deep like other rogue shooters I've played recently. Still getting a hang on the controls mostly due to impatience.

Looking forward to sequel though, as it might scratched other itches I've missed having since the 90s.
never heard of the game but i am always happy to find old gem from the old PC era . man 3D games like those we take for granted for sure

I don't know if you know this but space bar can be used to ejecting and reloading. one key better than two .

I'm old and loved both Crusader games in the day (1995 and 1997 releases). Designer Tony Zurovec had plans for a 3rd game, and some concept art was released.

It was a 2-D, I think SVGA game. That allowed a lot of cool detail for its era (almost like a painting), and its purposefully cheesy FMV cutscenes were fun in its day. :)

Although i got Crusader on GoG, I have to admit in some ways it hasn't aged well. The kb controls are clumsy by today's standards (I don't think it made use of mouse for aiming at all). and my eyes can't really take VGA/SVGA games now. :)

Great to know a fellow fan!!

Until the day some wonderful person would remaster the Crusader series with better controls, Synthetik 2 would be closest we have to a better Crusader experience.

The Crusader games remain as some of my favourite games of all time (plus the music was great). Anything that approximates them gets a thumbs up from me!

The music and some of the sound effects REALLY gives me Crusader vibes.
