I can only steer my boat when the main menu is on when using my oculus controllers. Can i fix this in the settings?

Well...being a former Navigation officer I could write a book of suggestions...but I can start by few simple ones: 1. Bow Thruster works best with a lever and not a button...so you can keep it on while looking around. 2. Mooring lines rather than anchoring close to pier. 3. Voice commands asking for a specific heading (i.e. Make my heading 345). It has been done in other simulators...sure can be done here. 4. Imperial Units!!! great game,really feels like im on a speedboat,just having some performance issues.i have ryzen 7 3700x,rtx 2080 ti and G2 headset.when the game starts it only selects ultra settings,cant lower them and in game looks great but is a bit stuttery even if i disable in game graphics options.im running at 50% supersampling but dont want to go any lower.loving what iv played so far though,been waiting ages for a descent power boat game in vr...
