Became Sect Leader, now everything is free?

Is there a reason to not just take everything as soon as it refreshes from the treasure pavilion and manual place in my sect once i'm sect leader, since it's free?

Seems like a way to make insane spirit stones, if there is no downside

Sorry I'm highjacking your thread to ask my own question, how do you become the sect leader? I joined the branch and is grand elder now but can't be promoted to the sect leader because it's just the branch.

Every sect in every section will have limits depending on whether it is a branch, or established sect in that area.

There is usually 1 sect in the area where you can advance to sect leader, and the rest are branches.

I went to the main sect HQ but I can't even join it lol, even though I'm the grand elder in the branch. It's like the game considers the main HQ a separate sect altogether. Is there anyway for me to get promoted to the main HQ from the branch?

Just walk around and an npc for the new area will come and talk to you / invite you to the new branch as a disciple.

I did that first playthrough but didn't like spear haha, prefer sword, and yeah, I don't like babysitting XD

At first it might be look like "Sect leader how cool and badass" but when you really become sect leader it is pain in the ass maintain this mantain that fullfill this and that, or your initiate or even elder will run away

Is your Dragon Aura description bug? in my game the dragon aura description kind like wierd it say "it will have the following bug" and in the dragon hamlet which area can only enter by sect leader it also bugged, i dont know what to upgrade because it say "need this bug for this bug" it is literally like that, how do you understand it?

Noone answered OP's question, but one downside is that, when you collect resources from the sect, the sect has to use resource points to replenish them.

Ah yes, I wasn't sure about the opening's question, but it does say resource is used to replenish stock. Before I knew what that meant, I was buying sect stuff to sell on auction. Since my main goal was to wait for martial/spiritual fruits, I think that slowed it down.

SO, if you have extra resources, go for it. Otherwise get what you need only.

Yes i just bought the game couple days ago, and when i saw the Elder Dragon nature (red nature) one of the text mention "to get following bug for bug" anyway thank you sir

I re-read that destiny, and saw what you meant. I don't think that affect how you lead your sect. But if it is your first time play, I would advise against taking that route. You need to know the game a lot more before being able to lead a sect properly.

Agree with you, that is why i mention above become sect leader is not "cool" at all but pain in the ass, thank you for your advise sir
