More efficient leafscensions?

How can I reduce the amount of leaves needed to cause the next leafscension? I have it down to 13 for all tiers except for the first which is impossible to lessen, and only have 3 emberglide butterflies. Hoping to get under 8 leaves needed to pop the next. Any pointers outside more butterflies and their best respective flowers?

Drill deeper in the mine, equip nature items in mine and dice, equip sealo. Tier 1 will always require e300 leaves for a leafscension.

im currently at 23.23 MM and have it at -2

144 Million metres but you need 362 million to reach a point of needing only 1 emberglide for 1;1 leafscensions
