How to unlock ULC?

So i cant do a ultra leaf crunch (the blue warp thing next to mega leaf crunch is not there) How do you unlock it? i thought it was automatic with the new update. I had everything maxed out previously if that is important.

you have to beat the weaver of worlds a certain amount of times to unlock it

Thanks, had forgotten about that boss for a long time. I have a full set of quark leaves. Do i need quark damage and then nuclear and slap damage?

I had a full set of quark leaves with blow damage and % energy max and % nuclear power relic damage quark and slap. think it was 3 shards in each which is the cap of 24 shards and now you can shadow forge them if you need to squeeze out alittle more damage
