Bug: mulch percentage increase from Leaf Sword upgrade doesn't take effect

After the latest update (build 16815413), I'm noticing that buying upgrades for the Leaf Sword aren't changing the amount of mulch I'm collecting. This has been the case for at least the last two Leaf Sword upgrades I've done.

Steps:
1. Check current mulch earn rate - for me, this is 40 mulch per leaf at 24/100 Leaf Sword and 12/100 Mulch Marketing (unsure what other bonuses apply to reach 40).
2. Save up enough Moon Dust to upgrade the Leaf Sword (+10% more mulch).
3. Upgrade the Leaf Sword.
Expected: mulch per leaf goes up by at least 1
Actual: mulch stays the same at 40 per leaf

Buying an upgrade from the Mulch Shop does update the amount - this may be related to this change from the patch notes:

> * Performance improvement: upgrades are applied only when necessary (e.g. shop items are only applied when a shop item was bought, otherwise, it's applied from the cache). Please check if all stats are valid as this is a big change.

The addition mulch applies only to the lv10 upgrade, after lv10 only the material chance and damage stat increase.

I'm seeing the additional mulch bonus increase with each upgrade. For example, at lv24 my Leaf Sword showed the upgrade bonuses "Additional Mulch: +240%, Blower enemy damage: +4.80k%, Material spawn chance Moon Dust: +2.40%".

Now at lv25 it shows "Additional Mulch: +250%, Blower enemy damage: +5k%, Material spawn chance Moon Dust: +2.50%".

If the bonus should cap at lv10 like other tools, the bug might be in the UI.
