Shops past cosmic leaf not showing or working

This has been a problem for a while now and caused me to stop playing since early last November. For some reason my anything past my cosmic shop is not showing up, i dont remember if i deleted and reinstalled the game to try and fix it, but nothing seems to work. Now the problem isn't that i cant collect void leaves, its that the shop itsself is not showing up, i as of writing this post have about 16b leaves
