Deero Does Nothing

I just bought Deero who is supposed to increase printer rewards by 1000%, but whether I have him in use or not my printer rewards are exactly the same. They pump out the same number of leaves at the same speed.

Is Deero broken? I've restarted the game since I bought him and it didn't fix it.

Deero is useless.

But for you problem specifically, what do you mean by 'printer rewards are exactly the same'? Do you mean the printer screen shows exactly the same amount, or have you checked the rewards that you get to see if you get more than what the Printers Shop displays?

Activating and deactivating Deero should change what the Printers Shop shows you. It might not change enough of your actual reward to be noticeable if you're only looking at what you get in resources on the side of the screen.

All that said, I'd advise you to just stop using Deero and use something actually useful. Racoono, as an example. Deero's useless.

Deero without upgrades isn't broken for me. But the pet menu is very buggy and one of my other pets (The Cursed Cheese at rank 2) does nothing.

When I had no seeds Deero felt useful because printing was all I had but trading after a few mulch cap upgrades got me to seeds and solved my problems.
