What affects max quark energy besides the Mine items?

I've done nothing with dice and maxed mine items, but my max Quark energy continues to rise. Not complaining, just wondering what else affects it. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Edit: My max material storage has also been rising, I just saw the max count go up, as well, and I've only been idling for the past day.

I've maxed my dice and mine items as of at least a week ago. I've not changed my crafted leaves at all from the set I have, and there is nothing in the quark/structure/leafton shop that affects max electrical/quark energy or material capacity. After being gone at work all day, I came home to find my max materials and max quark energy have risen again.

I did test something, though. I transmuted about 2.3 million coal diamonds into coal time spheres and used them all... some 4600 spheres or so. Both values went up even more. And yet, the depth drill bonuses do not mention max electrical/quark energy or max materials, and no mention of increasing the effects of dice or mine items. I suspect that there is a hidden bonus effect in the depth drill that increases the strength of the mine items, but don't have a way to confirm it.
