As usual: slap them with a trout.
The unusual part: damage types play a role with terror bosses.

Terror bosses heal, take no damage or suffer extra damage depending on the "damage type" on your crafted leaves. "Damage type" is a crafted leaf property that comes around on malachite leaves and higher.

You can look the actual damage up on the "stats => enemies" - tab.

yeah ive known that for months
i need to know the statistics of heath or damage required for killing the boss itself.
infact you can get the raw damage just to kill the bosses with cursed cheese and the cursed cheese equip

This may sound unhelpful but if you haven't already you should join the discord server. There's a channel that has all the information in the world that can help you when it comes to getting damage for the terrors.

With the understanding that it is intended to be helpful and that you are well meaning, it really is unhelpful that the entire video game community has decided to use a crappy chat program to store information. Discord is awful for this sort of thing. It's like a transcript of all of the conversations going on at a coffee shop simultaneously. People stumble in for help, maybe they get it and maybe they don't, and the random conversations just keep going throughout all of it.

That said, at the moment it seems to be the toilet where the community is crapping out its info, so yeah. (You can find the same info on the wiki for energy belt bosses, to be clear.)

i have heard that you can obatain the raw damage (from cursed cheeses and the equip)

I just can't disagree with you on that one.
But at least the LBR community has made it kinda work.

Two things to know for the LBR discord:
1) The channel meant for questions generally won't be spamed, but someone will be able to answer even the most onscure question pretty fast.
2) The game is organized into "phases", what you want to know is found in the #energy-belt pins.

One of the better parts of this game is how laid back the community is and how much new players can just ask whatever they want and get answers.

I only just beat them after making a set of Hematite leaves that have Blower Damage, Blower Damage%, Relic Damage Multiplier and Slap Multiplier. No damage types involved, just raw damage. But it only works against the first 4 Energy Belt bosses.
sax2ya Mar 13, 2023 @ 2:39pm
lemme try that in a bit
i already have a set for something other than that but i do have the hematite leaves crafted
Daunmi Mar 13, 2023 @ 2:49pm
By itself it's NOT enough to beat more than 4 bosses, but that's enough to unlock plasma crafted leaves. I'm guessing you need those to progress further.

jeez
do you know the requirements for beating the terrors
like damage or anything else

Regular terror bosses: 7.15e66, super terror 7.15e71, energy guard: 7.15e78.

Those are the slap damage values you need in the enemy tab (under stats) at minumum.
Bare in mind this is including everything, aka this is with the ideal set of crafted leaves for the right damage type (otherwise those numbers are much harder to achieve).

My full Hematite set bumped me up to the e69 slap damage range. Obviously, that's including all the curses/equipment/cards/etc bonuses that I've got. So you definitely need more than e69 for the other bosses.

I'm guessing that you mean it's not possible to defeat those bosses without type damage? I still haven't started using the energy shrine to unlock things for plasma leaves... Stupid energy storage limits.

There are basically two approaches:
1) A mixed damage set that works against all terrors (you only need one set, but it's a bit weaker).
2) A set with the ideal damage type against each of the 5 terrors (there is some overlap), abviously properties can be rerolled to only use one set with changing damage properties.

The next boss in the energy belt is the energy guard, and that boss has no weakness at all... hence you use a damage set without type damage against that boss.

Later on your damage goes ballistic anyways, hence type damage is only relevant to the 4 terrors/ super terror.

I noticed that once you beat the first bosses you start getting large bonuses to relic damage, so I can only imagine beating harder bosses will give even better bonuses.

The next area for me is the Black Planet Edge with the Boss Super-Terror, which is a cosmic type. I'm probably just going to reroll one of the spare stats on my Hematite damage set for Platinum or Ice type damage and hope that pushes me over the threshold to beat it.
