Borbs wont spawn and borb sword wont do the thing

For a while now the only way i could get borbs was via the slots and claw machine
Borbs won't spawn and the recently introduced tool 'borb sword' won't do anything.
Am i doing anything wrong? Is there a simple button i need to press to make them spawn or what can i do to get borbs that isn't slaving away in the claw machine

i've noticed the spawn rate of borbs is super low since this update. i have my alb's using the sword to get some juice buy my god it takes forever with how low the spawn rate is.

Borb sword is trash. Barely gives any juice, and borbs never spawned very frequently. Make a crafted set with Trade Global Modifier fully sharded and get borbs through trades, and convert them into juice. With Bearo and Penguino, you can passively make and refresh trades every minute. The converter consumes about 30 e12 borbs per 24 hours with Bunnyo equipped.

I think it might be because leaves aren't being cleared and the borbs and leaves have a related spawn cap. Just a guess though.

The borb sword is weak, but the best way to use it (if you want) is to equip it on your ALBs and dig up borbs with the shovel in areas that spawn borbs.

The main way to get juicy is by using converters.
