Issued with sync with steam and Android
bought the DLC via steam but can't find any way to claim in android. Feels like sync in the phone and steam does not work.
Is there any way to sync via steam cloud?

You should be able to do it after setting up a Humble North account (there's a link in game in your top menu buttons).
