The GOOD:
It's Mine (makes things easier for you)
Offline Crunches (lets you crunch offline, making late-game simpler/faster)
Offline BLC (as above)
Offline MLC (as above)
Offline MLC (same name as above, same reason as above)
MLC Coins x3 (you want 40 MLC ASAP, this makes it MUCH easier to get)
More Seeds (seed spawn upgrades are rare, and you almost always want more seeds)
Offline Seeds (OBSIDIAN AND BENITOITE SEEDS, potentially the fastest way to get them)
Faster Artifacts (IF you're manually collecting Orb of BLCs, get this AFTER...)
Super Durable Artifacts (IF you're manually collecting Orb of BLCs get this one first)
Better Pets (Pets are always providing a boost)
Better Unique Leaves (Unique Leaves are always providing a boost)
Crunchy Tower (ONLY if you're at the point you need to MLC a lot)
Material Magnet (the ONLY way to AFK farm materials)
Material Finder (a big help if you want materials)
Dig Muscles (doubles your digging)
Dig Technique (more digging)
Auto Dig Bot (the ONLY way to AFK farm digging)
Faster Auto Dig Bot (more digging)
The BADLESS-GOOD:
Max Offline Time (away for a week? Note; DOESN'T work for Daily Rewards)
Offline Artifacts (really only useful AFTER you're getting lots of them)
Customer Acquisition (get it after you've got the non-Gem upgrades that do this)
Leaf Trader (as above)
Buy Borb Taxi Ltd. (helpful, but you can live without if you turn off your Borb converter)
ALB Outsourcing (makes life easier, but just increase your own damage instead)
Daily Material Shipment (only good early game, but you get more when you need them)
Material Storage (lots of upgrades for this elsewhere)
Dig Knowledge (you're not really looking for items, get it last of the Dig upgrades)
The UGLYOH-GOD-I-JUST-WASTED-3-WEEKS-WORTH-OF-DAILY-REWARDS:
All Leaves+ (you won't even notice it)
Offline Profits +750% (you won't even notice it)
Prestige Coins x3 (you won't even notice it)
BLC Coins x3 (you won't even notice it)
Converters Output +300% (you won't even notice it)
Converters Static Output +400% (you won't even notice it)
More Craft Sets (how many sets do you even need?)
More Pet Teams (how many sets do you even need?)
The REASONING:
The good ones are things that either always help, always make your life easier, give you things you can't otherwise get, or provide a significant bonus. Which one is best for YOU depends entirely on what you're currently trying to do in the game. Feel free to tell us and ask for specifics.
The less good ones are things that DO help, but you'll be better getting one of the good ones, or there's other upgrades that do the same thing (without spending slow-to-get Gems), or that don't provide significant bonuses.
The wasted upgrades are exactly that. You're not going to notice ANY change at all AND there's other easier upgrades that do the same (or BETTER) thing.
*SPECIAL MENTIONS*
Ultra Fruits (I'll crawl out of your monitor like a horror movie antagonist and do terrible things to you why would you get this I mean what sort of nonsense was going through your head when you thought ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fruits were worth even looking at let alone upgrading what the hell)
More seriously, Fruit upgrades suck (unless you're focusing on Fruit Trees mid-late game, but that's another thing entirely), and if you get ANY of them in ANY menu you're COMPLETELY WASTING your resources and deserve nothing but the collective scorn of all Leaf Blowers everywhere. Unless you happen to have so many resources that you don't even notice the cost, and you're just buying everything because you can.
Seriously, Fruit upgrades are awful.
Time Travel (doesn't give you daily rewards, just offline rewards)
IF you've purchased EVERY other Gem upgrade, and IF you've got a massive stockpile of Gems, and IF you're pretty sure there's not going to be another patch that will introduce more Gem shop upgrades, then this MIGHT be worth your time.
Just keep in mind that it wont reward you with Daily Rewards (no Gems, materials, etc), and that you can get the same results for free by turning the game off and waiting. And that it's only worth getting the most expensive one.
...Or just save your Gems for later.
:(
Can actually be really good, but that only happens to matter later on. And at that point you will have more than enough gems to take it anyways.
It's a good purchase because it affects the borb => borb juice and borb juice => borb token converters. Oh, and the electricity converter is pretty nice as well, but only matters for a short while and rather late into the game.
