Report a translation problem
Set the auto BLC crunch bot to 0 and your auto teleport to the inner pyramid.
This works because you teleport to the inner pyramid after each crunch, but the bot CAN'T crunch before you leave the inner pyramid again. And finishing a pyramid stage throws you back to the garden. Rinse and repeat.
This is simply, but certainly not something the game explains on it's own.
Oh, and to earn good amounts of ancient leaves you want to get 1-2 crafted ancient leaves with the rather rare +ancient leaves drops modifier (usually involves many water essence re-rolls).
I did not think of the BLC crunch auto-warp idea. I guess I'm just not big-brained enough for some of these things.
You aren't the exception, you and i are the norm. xD
The only advice i can give you regarding the +ancient leaf modifier:
A crafted leaf can only ever have one +leaf modifier.
Meaning if you see something like "+basic" or "+platinum leaves" => you don't need to look further, that roll won't have +ancient leaves further down the modifier list.
Oh, and something like "+10.000 ancient leaves" only adds +100 ancient leaves per pyramid clear... it's complicated but don't worry => even at 1% of what the crafted leaf claims to provide the bonus will nonetheless be huge (especially after you upgrade your crafted leaf).
Some of the "+insert gem leaf type" modifiers are usefull as well. The amount of gem leaves those boni can provide is FAR higher then regular leaf tower drops.
The reason for that was the full value turned out to be way to much. But changing that would have deleted already existing crafted leaves => the workout the dev choose was to reduce the impact +ancient leaves has, to 1%.
It's confusing, but in a perfect world your leaf would say +e4 ancient leaves... aka the same bonus you get minus the confusion.
