To get moonstone/ancient leaves from crafting you need to have the craft forge in the MLC shop 5/5. Then start crafting and you will have moonstone leaves.
If you want ancient leaves very fast just turn on auto salvage, make it salvage sand leaves and below (also make sure to lock any moonstone or sand leaves you may be using), and turn on auto crafting. Wait 5 minutes and you will have a lot of ancient leaves.
Hope those leaves have TGM on them, upgrade them, maybe ascend them a few times, and watch as you get billions of borbs.
For crafted moonstone leaves craft forge 4/5 (mlc shop) is enough.
5/5 is obviously better, because that unlocks sand and ancient leaves as well, but moonstone leaves aren't a bad start either.
I've been stuck at floor 21 for ages. Reason being that I partially relied on beer and cheese drops from chests.
The issue isn't really the ancient leaves or the mulch. The issue is more the cheese and the beer. I get such small amount of materials that doing tavern quests for 2.5k cheese/250 beer takes ages.
Also trying to complete the +1 pet challenge, which will put me at 5 pets.
Edit: ok, realized I've been draining my cheese in alchemy.. was trying to upgrade some pets and equipment.
The pyramid floor you farm is pretty irrelevant, after floor 15 all drop the same kinds of chests, and the ancient leave rewards are pitiful at best. Ancient leaves only become abundant after you got your first crafted ancient leave with "additional ancient leaves".
Yes, that means you should focus on trading and crafting more.
Unlocking more pyramid floors won't be of much use to you, for a while.
I'll see about the trade level. Thanks. Got 2-3 leaves with additional ancient leaves. So, trade level 17+ starts giving more beer per trade (atm it's just like 1 beer, 2 if lucky, lol)
Atm what I usually trade for are mulch, borbs and gems.
Another thing that really helps:
The Bingo challenge, because the reward for it gets multiplied with everything else that helps in trading (aka the reward is really good). The current community favourite is seed "12466", because you can finish the challenge pretty fast (unlocking mythical garden and cheese pub isn't hard).
Already completed the bingo one once.
i suppose I should also focus on upgrading my leaves more for more trade multiplier.
So..
1. Get trade multipliers and trade levels up. (from crafted leaves and other sources)
2. Keep trading for borbs, gems and mulch.
3. Run ancient pyramid whenever possible.
4. Keep doing quests for beer and cheese.
Now imagine having a high % ancient leaf, with shards on it's +additional ancient leaves property, maybe even more than one such crafted leaf. ;)
That last line "what i usually trade". The last update a few weeks ago changed the game. What you trade, is everything using the bear pet from the gem store. Get it, no matter what. I would argue that is now the single most important pet in the entire game.
Trading is important, this pet automates trading.
There are mulch discounts, and maybe others that will reduce the amount of required materials. Upgrade bearo and he fires off like every 30 seconds or something crazy like that. He will buy everything that can be bought, and also collect any trade that's done.
I have now completed 43.900 trades. I didn't do that by hand.
Be sure to get Owlo up to level 10 to reduce trade completion to 1 minute. Any other trade skills you can up anywhere also help.
- As you roll in cheese, craft more. Don't settle for crappy rolls on ancient leaves. Just leave it auto crafting, once full, cull anything lower than 90%.. 95% if you're more patient.
- With 8 slots, i found trying for 3 with + additional ancient leaves, then shard'ing those was plenty. I'm almost done farming.
- The remainder of the ancient leaves only took a few rolls to get + global trade. Add a specific shard. Spam the remainder.
- Remember all that cheese? Max Level and Max Evolve your ancient leaves.
My current trade global is 8.67 million %. Sitting on 10 million beer and 1 billion cheese, 1 trillion mulch. Used all these yesterday.

Owlo is for merge leaves.
