Could you please elaborate on what you mean here? The challenges all list what you need to do to complete them, so I'm not sure what exactly it is you are asking.

Ah ok, I get it now. All you need to do is perform a blc. The time you take does not matter. I can not confirm that if you want to do the challenge a second time if you need to beat your previous time or not. I do know that there is no time limit the first time you complete it.

Just a heads up, any challenge that has % in the title is a f2p(free to play) challenge. This means you will not have any gem bonuses active during these challenges.

Apparently you can get more ribbons for completing some challenges more than once. Do you need to restart the challenge from the start or can you continue with the earned BLC coin to get the remaining ribbons faster?

You can redo every challenge for extra rewards. But you do need to REdo them from the start again.
