Blorbs getting spent in the background?

So I collect the new blorbs but when they reach like 100 or so they just reset, it's not the same number every time so I have to assume that they are getting autospent like for the other autobuyer shop stuff, but I don't see anywhere that they can be spent besides unlocking a new area. Any ideas?

There is a Blorb to Cheese converter, maybe that in your case for me it's 5e3 to 1 cheese atm, maybe you have better ratio

Mine were spent as well. Converter is 5000 to 1, batch on or not.

I have that off right now cause I did see that one.

There also seems to be a weird bug where the Blorbs counter doesn't show up after I unlock them. I have to quit the game and open it again for it to work

Same problem, it keeps making Borbs vanish without warning. I think maybe there's some sort of autobuy for Borbs that's triggering even before you unlock the 500 Borb area?

If you went into the tower, it's possible they were "stolen" by enemies after you died like how enemies could steal leaves on other levels. [e: been ruled out, idk then]
That's my guess.

Just collect 10 borbs with the borb pet and you'll have 500 again.

I died plenty of time in the tower without losing any borbs.
They were lost while idling in the harbor again not too long ago.

Yeah this, like I assume that there are Blorb upgrades in the tower that people keep talking about, but I haven't unlocked that yet.

Same, my thoughts are that there is either a bug, or a store that we can't see yet with an autobuyer

I lost 13k borbs with the converter off (never had that on) with nothing to show for it. I think it happened when I finished a trade for 2k borbs, afterwards I wanted to convert my now 15k borbs to cheese and noticed I now only had the 2k from the trade. (Did not prestige or crunch at any point either.)
