First: Crunchy BLC and Leaf Powered ALBs are just generally useful (and more tower floors)
Second: Unlock Amber Leaves (for combo multiplier), then get a significant amount of these* (and more tower floors)
Third: Unlock Rhodonite Leaves (for worthy enemies multiplier) then get a significant amount of these (and more tower floors)
Forth: Tektite/Kyanite/Emerald leaves (especially the first two, unless you're offline a lot) will help a lot (and more tower floors)
Fifth: Authority to make things a little quicker (and more tower floors)
Sixth Artifact upgrades. If you don't close the game a lot, you might ignore the offline one to focus on the basic spawn time, but you'll likely just be upgrading them both equally
Seventh: Crafting upgrades
Remember that it's better to get one type of leaf and get lots of it first, THEN get others, because the leaves that spawn will be random, so it's best to focus on combo bonus first (to get more from the tower leaves) then worthy enemies (to help get more tokens to do more damage), after which you can pretty much just unlock all of them if you have the MLC coins
DON'T bother with:
MOAR BLC (wont help AT ALL, because you already have Crunchy BLC)
All Leaves+ (you have so many other things that increase this at this point)
Offline Seeds (just get to the point you have Emerald leaves)
Upgrade bots (the BLC and Silver/Gold token shops are things you can easily do yourself)
Critical Converters (you should already know how useless this is)
(obviously you can get all this trash once you have spare MLC coins, just prioritise)
Moonstone leaves are pretty much only useful (MLC upgrade excepted) if you feel like crafting a lot. Like, a LOT. You'll be dumping thousands of cheese into this.
Some of this stuff goes for the gem leaves as well. The BLC upgrades aren't worth it, the same goes for Critical output.
Gem leaves marketing it quite underwhelming over 10. Especially for the enormous cost.
Don't know if +all leaves affects them but, per leaf with a combo of 1.25e10, I get;
1.84e5 leaves for marketing 13
1.86e5 leaves for marketing 14
1.89e5 leaves for marketing 15
Thanks for the extremely detailed answer! The advice about the gem leaves is especially useful.
Hi again! I'm now grinding Amber leaves, and was wondering what counts as "a lot". After spending a bunch, I have about 100k in the bank at the moment.
7 Super Combo
6 Amber Marketing
Amber Combo (of course)
4 BLC science
3 Master of MLC
The cost of the next super combo is over 400k, which would take a decently long time to grind when idling.
How many days irl did you take grinding each type of gem leaf before moving on to the next one? What are reasonable gem upgrade levels?
Rhodonite to make the normal tower enemies worth more (letting you get past them quicker because you get more gold tokens for damage) is what I'd PERSONALLY recommend, but if your play style leans more towards the other leaves (Tektite/Kyanite in particular) then go for them.
I can't remember how long I took grinding each type of leaf. I spent more than a day on Amber, then got Rhodonite for at least a day, then Tektite because I wanted more seeds to speed up MLCing, and then I got all the rest because I had the MLC coins to spare and didn't particularly care about them.
I might have been better off NOT getting the other gem leaves, in hindsight. Emerald doesn't help as much as it might seem (but I am not 'offline' much) and Ruby is an utter waste. I could probably have passed on Kyanite because all that does is give you damage but gold tokens are a lot better (Kyanite does help, don't get me wrong, I just think I'd prefer getting other leaf spawns instead). Tektite leaves, even, DO help, but they don't actually help you get through the tower or get better rewards from it.
So really, make a decision before you can't take it back. Maybe you'd be better off NOT unlocking any gem leaves you don't need.
