Are black flasks bugged?

All of my other flask generators are sitting in the tens or hundreds of millions but my black flasks max out at about 300k before being converted. Any reason why these seem to be the only one with this issue?

There is a steep input price increase for the conversion from black to strange flasks (100x to be exact) compared to the other flask conversions. What probably happened to you is that you strange flask converter sat idle for a while, waiting for enough black flasks to accumulate for the conversion.

Yeah, maybe my use of the term bugged was incorrect. It just seems weird that the black flasks would suddenly be 10x the normal amount of other flasks.
