I would get the 750% increase over the tools one, since the crunches make that one obsolete pretty fast.
I'm after 2nd big crunch and I go from start to flasks within minutes.

Aside from that, BLC and Converter upgrades.

Can't really say whether it's better to save up for the later ones or get that 750% increase first.

I am holding back on my second crunch because my prestiege is in the millions and I want to use that to greatly increase my BLC of the second one.

To each their own. This is an incremental game so it's only really a matter of how quick everything goes.
My 2nd crunch has just 2 prestige-crunches and I did the big one with 50k BLC

Personally, I think the "keep your tools" upgrade is best. It's not the best in terms of progressing faster, but it gets rid of the notification icon to buy new tools.

"Finished" the game, didn't had enough to get a single gem upgrade.. The best choice will be leaf upgrade, since you need a LOT of it for the last upgrade.

Imo the order of the 75 gems upgrades should be 750% leafes --> 750% offline and then keep your tools.

750% leafes is usefull at the start until you reach the 1st BLC
750% Offline will then help for the most offline time when the "endgame" of the game starts
Keep tools as last simply because after the 1st BLC you blast through buying the tools in no time within of minutes + the costs for the tools after BLC are simply just a simple smile

The 750% is useful AFTER blc too, you know? Because i guess you didn't unlock seeds yet.

How is the +750% offline helpful? It means I get 8.5 times as many leaves offline. But offline doesn't give you the combo bonus. Currently, I have a combo multiplier of 1541, so that's a +154,000% bonus when the game is on, even if idle. So, if I play for 1 minute, that's equivalent to 3 hours with the gem upgrade to offline leaves (or a little over a day without the gem upgrade). Either way, idle leaf collection isn't really a thing that happens in this game.

But, +300% Converter, 3x Prestige coins and 3x BLC coins should all be great too.
Everything else is tbh useless. Keeping tools is QoL tho.

With the recent update, you can have the game off and keep the combo as well if I read it correctly
