Unlock them(benitoite) and slowly push them off the screen.

ok, but where do they show up

They show up randomly in all areas.

They're fairly obvious once you've unlocked them (they're big blobs that roll around).

If you're not seeing them, check your graphics settings to make sure you haven't accidentally turned them off (you'll end up turning them off later anyway).

You can also trade for them if you want more of them.
