How to get more beer?

whats the fastest way to get beer? is it just trading or am i missing something

Trading. It was also a reward for participation in the season, but trading's a constant thing.

For all coming from google search: Via Doing the quest from the bartender at the cheese pub, once that is unlocked. You can get 25 or 250 beer with each quest

People keep saying this, but I just am not seeing. I am at trade level 25, with global trade level 2.3e3 (yes I know it's fairly low, I can't do better until I get to moonstone leaves which I don't have the MLC coins for yet) and every boosted beer trade I have. . . 24. Every single time.

So. . .where am I going wrong? Note this is with every single crafted leaf having trade global multipliers and I don't want to waste cheese on leaves that aren't going to be kept long when I am struggling to get more than 600 cheese per trade with these stats either.

The problems you're having come partially from this...

...as the trades must be over level 21 and there's RNG involved. So you can get a level 25 trade and it's still only going to start out at 1. If you can get more BLC and purchase an extra 10 or 20 Trading Education levels you'll not only get more 25+ trades (so you might not need to boost them), but you'll also start getting 30+ trades which get better random reward amounts.

Each leaf type is pretty damn MASSIVELY better in regards to the bonuses they give you. You'll (likely) just try to craft yourself up an entire moonstone set as soon as you unlock them. The good news for you is that, really, you don't need to worry about getting insane cheese/beer/mulch trades before that point because focusing on the Leaf Tower (getting additional equipment, floors, equipment, gem leaves and EQUIPMENT *cough*hint*cough*) will help you more than worrying about unlocking Pyramid floors.

Getting 600 cheese per trade is pretty nice for your current state (lets you start to toss it around wherever you want), so everything sounds like it's working the way it's supposed to. Getting to the point you unlock Moonstone leaves for crafting is a hurdle, yes, but you'll get over it.

Thanks for the breakdown. Guess I'll toss my idling self into the Tower for gem leaves then instead of Ancient leaves for my daily check-ins while I wait. Decided I'm just going to Max Bigger Bag now even if it would be faster if I MLC'ed first.
