Permanent dex boost from hunter Markus
After training a lot with Markus (near Silbach) - he will gift you permanent +3 dex potion. Some time after drinking it i discovered that it affects training cost - i did not trainted past 30 yet but i have 33 points. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2701614715

From what we discovered every bugged stat bonus is caused by using Marvin-mode, Cheat God or Guardian cheats. Other than that everything worked as it should.

I don't know if you used any cheats, but that;s the only reproduction we found ;x
