I've got the choice to complete this quest to achieve "Father's Will". The question is, I need to find an ex-scribe to forge the documents. Does anyone know who or where he/she might be?

If I recall correcly, it's a one of Book Seller (don't remember his name) in City, store opposite Araxos Guild.

Vensel. He is in the scribe's house. The house is near the Araxox guild's entrance. You'll see the line of refugees on the stairs to Matey. Every time you deal with the forged documents, go to Vensel :)
