sync-error on steamdeck
hi, does anyone get sync-errors while playing aoe online and knows how to fix it?

Its a problem since day one on steamdeck. aoe4 is not officialy verified for deck, so I doubt they will ever look into it.

Oh ok, ty for the news... thought that if the game is considered playable there should be no multiplayer issues but ok

Ye singeplayer works fine, but mp not. Its a bit weird, because the other game relic made company of heroes 3 has the same issue with multiplayer steam deck for some reason.

We get Sync -error on PC. I don't think its just Steam deck related.

weird, never had the issue on my pc. Only on steamdeck after about 4 or 5 minutes

I encountered the same error last night with my brother, he is using steamdeck and I'm using a PC. We couldn't play the game at all.

they added a fix today it seems according to patchnotes.

-Steam Deck
Fixed an issue causing desyncs on Steam Decks when playing online.
