Could you clarify your question a little?
Do you mean upgrade a partial adapted building to a fully adapted building or something else?

Yes, i have put 10% of my building on start, now i got the resource for put 100% of the building but didnt know how can i upgrade the building now

Then I understand your question, but I'm sadly unable to help you.

I have only used fully adapted buildings so far, even though we get a quest to partially adapt a building.

I usually just cancel that partial adaptation after the tutorial quest of setting up a partial adaptation has been fulfilled, to avoid this situation in the future.

I'm guessing you've tried to adapt the rest with the same type as the partial adaptation?

That would be the most logical answer if there isn't a fully adapt building function in the UI window for the partially adapted building.

Perhaps even trying to add a different type of building as the rest of that building?

No, not at the moment.
It's on the Devs list for suggested future changes AFAIK.
