How to heal the Army guys in the Medbay?

There was this quest about this Army fellas from the Major Howart or something like that asking us to heal their injuries. When they send 4 people to the Medbay and I got like 100 nurses it won't even heal them

Any idea how you should do such?

Oh that I know however this is a netural group which falls under the army quest of healing the injured soldiers. So how do you heal those netural groups?

I tried this it won't heal the 4 soldiers.

They healed over time, but my building was to small so they did not all heal in time. Only could have 4 nurses, I guess I need a much bigger med-bay!!

Edit: Keeping invading hordes at a farther distance kept the soldiers at my base long enough for them to heal.

hi ive only played about 5 hours so far, but i couldnt get any of my units to heal, Unless the squad had a medkit on it.

Basically, the wounded soldiers automatically go into medbay, and if you have a nurse in the building, they'll be healed within a few days and the quest will continue. It should work similarly with your squads you put there, although obviously, it's not as effective as First Aid Kits. If health of people in Medbay doesn't grow at all and you have the nurse there, please send us a bug report.
