I've seen on a latest update
  • number of hordes and swarms lowered for normal and easy mode

But it's still way too much, I can't handle it even on very easy settings.

I agree about the hordes ramp up to impossible to survive attack levels. Very frustrating that I can't seem to build enough defense to not get crushed by the nightly hordes.

Wondering what they are using for determining the horde sizes and strength, is it the number of days survived? The number of people in the base? Exp levels of the squad members? Types of defenses built?

What ever the formula is, it far exceeds what I was actually able to handle after day 25.
