Stuck "This is Chief Operator of the Safe Zone" transmission.
It it what it is. The transmission keeps popping up again and again.

I failed to interact with the transmission the first time it popped by dismissing it thinking it would pop the mission right away but the location never populated and the issue persists. I am on the 94th day.

And there are no more missions or transmissions right now so it's just a free roam now?
