Hospital & Medbay?

Do you need both a medbay and a hospital or can i remove the medbay when i get the hospital?

You'll need the hospital to routinely crank out vaccines once you've progressed far enough. AS far as the medbay goes, I'll keep mine cranking out med kits though I only have 1 or 2 people in my medbays.

elneilo nailed it. The only thing is, after the vaccine you really have no more story line, so at that point I tend to start a new map. Small med bay for med kits, big hospital for vaccine is the way to go if you want to keep playing that map :) Hospital can also make med kits after all are vaccinated if you need extra.
